    • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before departure are eligible for a 50% refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.

    • Failure to attend the tour without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

    In the event that MATTHAEUS Group must cancel a tour due to operational reasons, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

    Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
